Good interview. Bobby’s songwriting reminds me of a young Dylan. He has an old soul, and really I want to hear what he has to say. That’s rare in music now.

Thank you so much for this great interview! There is something about the often folksy simplicity of his guitar-playing combined with the deep, unconventional poetry of his lyrics that makes Bobby Long unique among singers today. I never tire of listening to his music (in fact, I’m on his MySpace page as I’m writing this.)

His live shows are phenomenal, too. I’ve had the chance to see him in Los Angeles and Nashville, and can’t wait to hit several stops on his summer tour, from Dallas to Los Angeles, from Nashville to New Orleans, from Tampa to Detroit.

I was lucky to get to see Bobby’s first show in America in NYC. If it’s possible his live show is so much better than any of his recordings. If you have an oppurtunity go see Bobby Long!!!

thanks you for this interview. i was lucky enough to go to one of his shows in nashville and to say that i did not leave disappointed would be a major understatement. his performance and his passion for what he does is so incredible! i cannot wait to see him perform again!!

thanks for the interview. bobby is definitely putting some great music out there and it’s great to see the attention he’s getting.

bobby also seems to be a great interviewee. hearing a musicians perspective on the new technology available and it’s advantages and pitfalls is really interesting. i agree that there’s an over-saturation. it can make it hard to pick out the really great music such as bobby’s. i’m glad he’s getting some recognition.

Thanks for the great interview. Taking just a small peek into Bobby’s mind is fascinating. He’s incredibly insightful for one so young.

I was also at those Nashville shows and I can tell you the man puts on one hell of a show. He’s brilliant at what he does and will hopefully have a long career. Can’t wait to see him play in August! :)
