Third Man Records Releases The Dead Weather’s “I Cut Like a Buffalo” on Vinyl
Third Man Records does a good job of keeping the 7″ vinyl a relevant musical accessory and steps it up a notch by making it a relevant piece of art as well. This time around, Third Man Records brings you The Dead Weather‘s third single, “I Cut Like a Buffalo,” with a special cover of the West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band’s “A Child of a Few Hours is Burning To Death” on the B-side.
You can pre-order the 7″ at Third Man Records’ official online store. The single’s release date is set for October 26th. If you’re one of the first 100 purchasers to get your hands on it at the Nashville location, then you can reap the benefits of getting a special DVD with both versions of the “I Cut Like a Buffalo” videos that were shot on location at Third Man Records.
If Nashville is too far for you, then YouTube will have to suffice. These videos were both directed by Jack White. You might have seen the first one before, as it’s been released for a few weeks now, but this is the latest version to be released from the band:
