In case anyone debaters were wondering, the line is: “manna is a hell of a drug”. This line comes from Manchester Orchestra’s new single, “I Can Feel A Hot One”, from their EP Let My Pride Be What’s Left Behind. I didn’t ask them personally. It’s their headline on their MySpace page. If anyone has heard the song, there is a questionable lyric lingering. I mean, you can make it out but there has been some debate on the Internet about whether or not that is what they’re really saying.

So, yes… it’s “manna”. I’m not going to give you a full-fledged Wiki explanation but Manna has a biblical explanation of being food that Israelites ate during their travels. Just clearing the record.
