Kevin Devine Interview Posted and One Crazy Weekend

NEW KEVIN DEVINE INTERVIEW POSTED!
Go back to the front page. It’s there. You can’t miss it.
Once you’re done there, I’ll meet you back here.

—–

Ready?
Okay.

It was a busy weekend for us.
Some new interviews took place and our excitement is real.

Let’s not lie: We’re totally grassroots about all of this.

Our fliers were printed on multi-colored paper at a FedEx/Kinkos in Las Vegas and are being distributed liberally throughout the country.
We are acquiring concert videos, but we can’t seem to find a camera crew who is willing to work for hi-fives.

We have t-shirts, but printing is expensive, so supplies are, um… limited.

And the moment we got them, we sure did run to our bathrooms to take pictures to show you guys. Out of sheer excitement.
(Nobody said we were cool….)

We don’t have a marketing team– or even a marketing major– to advise us on the smart ways to whore ourselves. But we’re enthusiastic. And we hope you are, too.

We want to interview the artists that we like.
We want to feature music that we feel should be on the radio every five minutes.
Our goal is to interview the bands that are making the music that we should be sick of hearing by now.

We’ve yet to interview or feature one artist or band whose music we don’t like. We don’t plan to.
There’s no reason to trash a shitty less talented band when the industry is full of really, truly incredible artists who are fighting to be heard.
1. It’s just not nice, and
2. We don’t want you to Google “American Idol rejects” and end up at Audioholic Media. That would suck. And, quite frankly, there are other places to find that sort of thing.

We want you to be a music fan, not just a critic.
Broaden your horizons. Experience new music.

Don’t define yourself by the over-hyphenated, sub-genre of music that your hairdo implies that you listen to.
That’s so 2006, anyway.

xoxo,
Audioholic Media.
