Gross Magic Signs With Fat Possum, Announces First U.S. Shows
New Yorkers, celebrate! The rest of us: It’s not our turn… yet.
UK-based Sam McGarrigle’s one-man band has announced that he will play his first-ever U.S. shows in Brooklyn this October* to commemorate the official, physical American release of the Teen Jamz EP via Gross Magic‘s new American label, Fat Possum.
Teen Jamz is Gross Magic’s five-song debut, born from the ashes of his former band, Hocus Tocus. Months after Hocus Tocus’ demise, McGarrigle assembled a serious of his own demos, resulting in Teen Jamz. The EP is currently available on iTunes, but it doesn’t hit the streets until October 11th. And, as you can see, the iTunes version comes with and added gem in the form of a sixth track:
