Glasvegas have just premiered the video for their newest single, “Flowers and Football Tops” over at The Guardian.

Perhaps I’m just not good at listening or maybe I’m woefully uncultured, but “Flowers & Football Tops” was one of the songs I had to Google lyrics for.
I’m glad I did. It’s a sad song. I had no idea.
Fun Glasvegas Fact: Drummer Caroline McKay stands to play her drums and at the show I saw her play, she also played barefoot.

Like many people, I have been living, breathing, and tapping a vein for the Coachella lineup. 2009 marks the festival’s ten year anniversary and there have been some exciting speculations about headliners and even sub-headliners– and even sub-sub-headliners, really. But I’m going to spare you all of that because all of the fake posters and false starts have turned me into a mess of anticipation.
If you are someone who hates themselves (even if only slightly), the Coachella rumor mill is in full effect. Proceed with caution, and know that the lineup posted on Facebook is a very convincing but totally fake poster.
