fun. Premiere Video for “All the Pretty Girls”
Today at 4 p.m. PST fun. took to AbsolutePunk.net, where they debuted their new music video for “All the Pretty Girls” and held a live chat about the video, their music, and other pressing issues, e.g. their favorite candy (obviously).
Though the video features the band being chased by screaming females(/JoBro fans?) down streets, alleyways, and eventually into a warehouse where all three band members are then beaten savagely, the video and song are still suitable for children!
When asked about the possibility of releasing a fun. b-side in the future, Nate Ruess took to the chat thread to respond:
workin on it…recorded a song called “stitch me up” that i think is pretty awesome…but we bombed it the first and only time we played it live…plus the recording could be a lot better.
just wait…i want to start getting out more music soon so that we can expand the setlist even more.
At the beginning of February 2010 fun. will begin their tour with Jack’s Mannequin. In the meantime, the band have a few 2009 dates left in Arizona and California:
