Freelance Whales Debut “Generator ^ Second Floor”
If you haven’t already heard, New York’s Freelance Whales will be sharing the stage with Cymbals Eat Guitars and Bear In Heaven, starting this March. This young band are easily described as collectors — not only do they hoard ridiculous amounts of instruments and use them in their craft, but their lyrics are a collection of ghost stories and dream logs. You can find “Generator ^ Second Floor” on the band’s LP Weathervanes, but the LP will be re-released via Mom + Pop Records on March 16th.
