Brandi Carlile Premieres Video for “Dreams”
In the Spinner debut of the video for “Dreams,” Brandi Carlile finds herself being transported between a dream world and a sleeping-under-a-tree world, both of which fall perfectly in line with the title of the track. With two backdrops that are as colorful and unearthly and Carlile’s voice, every frame of the video looks like a photograph. The dream world, however, toes a very fine line between “fun house” and “scary nightmare.”
The video for “Dreams” was filmed in New Orleans and directed by Roman White, who also directed Brandi’s video for “Turpentine.”
